Mr. Paul is a licensed Professional Engineer, bringing over 17-years of experience to the team. His experience consists of funding acquisition, preliminary and final design, bidding, construction administration, and project management of water and wastewater treatment facilities, and more.

Mr. Middendorf is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 30-years of experience in Civil Engineering. Over his years in the field, Mr. Middendorf has had considerable experience in water treatment projects throughout Missouri and Central Illinois.

Mr. Westrich is a licensed Professional Engineer bring in over 35-years of experience to our team. Mr. Westrich leads the Transportation and Land Development Department, backed by his experience in roadway/highway design and design of various land development projects.

Mr. Bensman is a licensed Professional Engineer and Structural Engineer, bringing over 20-years of experience to our team. As MHE’s Structural Engineer, Mr. Bensman leads the Structural Department and is responsible for structural projects undertaken by the firm.
